1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between krikya 44 and all its users. By registering, logging in, or using any service on the krikya 44 platform, you are considered to have accepted all the terms stated in this document.

krikya 44 reserves the right to amend or change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account at krikya 44, users must provide accurate and complete information. krikya 44 reserves the right to immediately close any account where false, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be permanently closed and any balance in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure secure transactions, krikya 44 may request identity verification from a user at any time. This process may require copies of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID. If verification is not completed within the specified time, withdrawal processing may be temporarily placed on hold.

2.3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Giving any other person access to your account is strictly prohibited. If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, krikya 44's support team must be notified immediately.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

All services at krikya 44 are for persons aged 21 or above only. If age verification fails at any stage — whether at registration or later — the account will be closed immediately.

Users must reside in a country or region where receiving online gaming and betting services is legal. krikya 44 may decline registrations from certain regions.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at krikya 44 is ৳200. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The account details provided at the time of deposit must be registered in the user's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount from krikya 44 is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

The account making the withdrawal request and the payment method used for the deposit must be in the same person's name. No withdrawal will be processed until identity verification has been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and their total balance will be ৳2,500. To use this bonus, a wager of 25 times the bonus amount must be placed — meaning for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

To receive the maximum bonus, depositing ৳10,800 or more will give a ৳8,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳18,800; in this case the wagering requirement is ৳8,000 × 25 = ৳2,00,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly as cash — wagering requirements must be met
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, household, IP address, or device
• Some games may have a limited contribution towards bonus wagering — specific terms apply
• krikya 44 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion or bonus offer
• krikya 44's decision is final on all matters relating to promotions

5.3 VIP Cashback

krikya 44's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is given each week based on net losses. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.3% cashback, Silver 0.7%, and Gold 1.0% weekly cashback. Example: a Silver member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. krikya 44 reserves the right to void any bet due to a technical error. If uncertainty or a dispute arises over the outcome of any event, krikya 44's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Casino Gaming

krikya 44's casino section offers various types of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and Teen Patti. Each game has its own rules and RTP (Return to Player) information is available on the respective game's page. If a fault occurs in a game provider's system, the affected rounds may be voided.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various markets including cricket and football. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. For matches that do not take place or are abandoned, the stake will be refunded. In multi-bets, if any single selection loses, the entire bet is lost.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at krikya 44 and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack
• Using or stealing another user's account information
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Knowingly exploiting technical faults on the platform
• Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Closure by krikya 44

krikya 44 may temporarily or permanently close any account without notice for the following reasons: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, failure to complete identity verification, or any other valid reason.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. To do so, the support team must be contacted. Any withdrawable balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. As part of responsible gaming, a self-exclusion option is also available.

9 Data Protection

krikya 44 keeps users' personal data secure using SSL encryption technology. User data is not sold or transferred to any third party, except where required by law or for security investigations.
